Hello everyone!

I know it's a little late...ugh I try to be as early as possible and I always end up like this! Ignore my Flaws, it's a week old post!

So I've already told you in earlier post that this is the month of Saka-Dawa and whatever good you do it's multiplies vice versa with the bad things!

Every year on the full moon day of this  month "people" well I don't know what specific people to point out to because lately there's so many people apart from Tibetans and Buddhist there's Nepalese people joining in too! I like to go after 9 pm at night for kora because there's no sun and less crowd. This is on the night before the full moon day as the day will start after midnight! Apparently it wasn't as I expected, i mean there was crowd. A crowd where half of the people came with belief and half other mostly youngster expecting the night to be more like a street festival and night out! It wouldn't have been a problem unless they mind their own business but they were all shouting on the crowded street.
                     
God Blessed us, cause on my first Kora it rained and oooh! felt so blessed and wet lol but good thing was I didn't sweat a bit.After a shower of rain there was cold air breezing around.Nice Feeling doing kora and being religious! I aimed for 13 kora as it's believed to be very auspicious but Failed! neva mind God didn't for it on us so happy for what it did! 8 kora not a minor thing I believed I was on bed all day the next day and very passive at work on the third day!That was it! On the final round got to see a fight, group of local boys beating up one poor kid! Real mature right?? many to one, wow so brave! And like in all bollywood movies the entry on police is always after the scene so that happened...Don't know what happened to that lil guy! God bless him and the group of guys who beat him! sigh*

Pick and Drop

The last time he came was only for few days...I don't remember exactly if it was with his mother for a wedding reception or for some other sorts alone. However I do remember it was only for few days, almost a week. Almost! This fall he was here for a long time. Didn't know how long was 'long time'. He needed to escape the screeching hot lands of Terai and needed cool (dusty) air of Kathmandu Valley. He had asked me to look for hotels, lodges or resorts, if I had to suggest, to get some chill air. I was very happy with the news of him coming to Ktm. After his arrival, I still hadn't fixed any escape from the valley. And where to we go in the end? Same old warm wooden cottage in the midst of Nagarkot hill. Our very old gateway. The place is nice and cozy, with lots of fun memories with family and friends...I would one day make the same one room wooden cottage with attached bathroom for myself in future. But I'd definitely add a TV in the room, unlike the place

That Stare!

We walk down the road very casually, not very often but on the days when we feel like going outing or may be a day out with friends. Those are the days when we dress up in so called "western clothes". For some it may be shorts and for some it may be a dress. There will be tank tops, skirts and these days there are crop shirt, grunge pant the classic, sleeveless and tube tops. We see it everywhere.  Girls wearing them and rocking them on the streets, malls and parties. But for some reason people on the streets aren't able to welcome it in all. That stare we get on the streets when we are walking with friends or may be alone is very awkward. We wear these outfits comfortably before we get out of the house but the stare we get once we are out makes it all awkward. That guy coming towards me has is eyes on my not so much of boobsies. That uncle on the bike with his wife behind him stared at my legs. Now I walk pass a tea shop and the group of worthless people who spend
